Château Mers Du Sud is a traditional aromatic red blend of five noble varietals that offer the palate an extraordinary taste of dark berry, vanilla and cocoa, perfectly balanced with savoury notes of earthiness and oak. The grapes in this classic full-bodied wine with soft tannins are grown in the hot, dry Cape Winelands summer and fermented in moderately cool temperatures to balance acidity with bold fruity flavours to deliver an infinitely pleasurable drinking experience.
